Concierge Service

Call the Concierge! OK…we don’t have just one concierge, but we do have a concierge service that’s free and open to everyone. Think of it like the concierge at a hotel…when you want to know the best places to go, that’s who you call.

Concierge Service

Our concierge service is a one-on-one interaction to help new Jewish residents find the specific things they’re looking for. We’ve helped people choose a neighborhood and find housing, give back through volunteer opportunities, find the perfect restaurant, choose and join a synagogue…and that’s just the beginning.

For those things that need a bit more focus and one-on-one recommendations, that’s when it’s time for you to reach out and call our concierge service. What are you waiting for?

Planning a visit?

If you’re thinking of moving to the Hartford area and want to plan a weekend to check things out…let us show you around!

We can help plan a curated weekend so you’ll spend more time experiencing, and less time searching! Want to check out some synagogues and see the JCC? Looking for some restaurant recommendations? Want to see a show while you’re in town? We can even find you a welcoming Shabbat dinner to get true locals’ input on the area.

Bottom line…we can help you make the most of your visit, so you can get a true taste of Jewish life in the area. We’d love to have you join us!

Shalom Hartford

A fun name…but not that descriptive. Shalom Hartford is both a service we offer, and a Welcome to Hartford gift for you. Once you’ve moved to the area, we would love the opportunity to sit down with you or take you out for a cup of coffee so we can give you all the information that you’ll need on all things Jewish in the area. Your Shalom Hartford welcome bag will have a beautiful challah cover, a trial membership to the JCC, a year’s membership at a local synagogue, a gift card to our local kosher supermarket, some tasty babka…and even more!
